Tianna Spratley
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tianna Spratley is the Founder and Executive Director of Beyond the Blueprint Foundation. With over 8 years of experience in the corporate beauty industry, including marketing for Estée Lauder's fragrance brand, Jo Malone London, Tianna has developed a deep understanding of how environments and sensory elements influence emotional well-being.
Having witnessed the impact of domestic violence on those close to her, Tianna’s personal experiences, combined with her professional background in marketing and design, led her to focus on trauma-informed design. She believes that thoughtful, purposeful design can create spaces that foster healing and resilience for survivors of domestic violence. Passionate about empowering individuals through design, Tianna is committed to using her expertise to help others rebuild their lives with strength, dignity, and confidence.

Christine Spratley
CHAIR
Christine, the founder of HBIC Advisors LLC, brings over 29 years of corporate leadership, coaching, and strategic expertise to her role as Board Chair of Beyond the Blueprint Foundation. With a background that spans economic development, corporate consulting, and leadership training, she has built a career on empowering professionals—especially women—to pursue bold, fulfilling careers. Her experience includes senior leadership positions at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Site Selection Group, where she guided high-stakes negotiations resulting in millions of dollars in incentive packages.
As a speaker and coach, she is passionate about helping individuals harness their audacity and take decisive action toward professional fulfillment. Her no-nonsense, practical approach is a driving force behind BTB’s mission, ensuring that the foundation leverages her skills in strategic planning, coalition building, and community partnerships.

Monique Zabihzadeh
VICE CHAIR
Monique serves as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victims Division, where she has spent over five years prosecuting complex cases involving domestic violence, adult sexual assault, long-term child sexual abuse, and child fatalities. She leads investigations and jury trials, bringing a steadfast commitment to justice and advocacy for vulnerable individuals.
Monique recently completed her Master’s in Human Rights Studies at Columbia University. Her thesis, which explores the women’s movement in Iran, is slated for publication—reflecting her commitment to advancing human rights and equity across diverse communities.
Beyond her legal and academic work, Monique fundraises for Planned Parenthood, including running on their half-marathon team, and co-hosts a summer dance program in the Bronx for children affected by domestic violence. Her blend of legal expertise, global perspective, and unwavering dedication to survivors makes her an invaluable leader in the fight for justice and human rights.

John Henderson III
TREASURER
John is a Financial Planner at Bailey Wealth Advisors, where he helps affluent families, business owners, and small institutions create and sustain wealth through personalized financial planning strategies. With over 20 years of experience in finance, John specializes in wealth management, investment strategies, and advisory services tailored to meet the unique needs of his clients. Before joining Bailey Wealth Advisors in 2019, John served as a Financial Adviser at Voya Financial, where he spent nearly nine years assisting clients with financial planning and retirement strategies.
John’s earlier career includes positions in equity trading and real estate investment banking, where he worked as Assistant Vice President of Equity Trading at FBR Capital Markets and as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst.
As Treasurer of Beyond the Blueprint Foundation, John leverages his financial acumen to ensure the fiscal health of the organization, guiding strategic financial decisions that help sustain the foundation’s mission to support survivors of domestic violence through design.

Megan McKoy
BOARD MEMBER
Megan is an accomplished attorney with a deep commitment to justice and survivor advocacy. With years of experience handling sexual abuse cases, she brings both legal expertise and compassion to her work. She currently serves in government and previously practiced as a litigator in both civil and criminal law at leading corporate firms.
Megan holds a BA and JD from Stanford University and has clerked for two federal judges. Her sharp legal mind, dedication to equity, and unwavering support for survivors make her a powerful advocate and asset to the Beyond the Blueprint Foundation board.

Tammy Johnson
BOARD MEMBER
Tammy is the Chief Revenue Officer at Alpha Precision Media. She is a seasoned sales executive within the digital media space having built and led high-growth sales teams driving results for global brands.
Before joining Alpha Precision Media, Tammy held various leadership positions at Pixability, CBS Digital Media, IAC and Xerox. With more than 20 years of experience in digital media, Tammy has a proven track record of building relationships, growing revenue, and delivering winning solutions.
With a “don’t just play to win; play to be exceptional’ mindset, Tammy excels at pinpointing client needs, defining market strategies, and utilizing emerging tech to create impactful media solutions. BS in Business Economics at SUNY College at Oneonta and MBA in e-Business & Marketing from the University of Phoenix. 2024 Honoree Top Women in Media & Ad Tech.
